2. Client Responsibilities

3. Payments
All service fees, deposits, and project payments must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to make payments may result in suspension, delay, or termination of services until outstanding balances are resolved.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for the agreed services, ownership of final approved project deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Promotech Solutions retains ownership of its proprietary tools, methodologies, frameworks, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property.
5. Revisions & Changes
Any changes or additional features requested outside the original project scope may require additional fees, revised timelines, or a separate agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential business information, technical data, trade secrets, and other non-public information shared during the course of the project.
7. Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party services, software, hosting providers, APIs, or platforms. Promotech Solutions is not responsible for interruptions, pricing changes, policies, or failures caused by third-party providers.
8. Service Availability
While we strive to deliver reliable services and support, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of websites, software, or third-party platforms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Promotech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from the use of our services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project or service agreement in accordance with the agreed terms. Any completed work and outstanding fees up to the termination date shall remain payable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Promotech Solutions operates.
12. Changes to These Terms
Promotech Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
